Today for dinner, I decided to make spaghetti and a homemade sauce to go with some leftover chicken parm that I made last night. Something I realized while cooking is how much I love super Al dente pasta! Like nowhere near done pasta as its cooking. I always try my pasta to make sure it's done, I never set a timer. But that first bite of barely cooked pasta is the best. It has the texture of eating twigs or something but it tastes so good!

I just put chicken parm in the oven. Isn’t it wierd that step 1 is too bath chicken in their unborn?

Haha that thought occurs to me every time I bread chicken. I'm like, is this a chicken bukkake or something?
